The list of all 254 Texas counties and corresponding 4-letter abbreviations for the logbook are available in text, Word .doc, and PDF format. You must use the official abbreviations in your log submissions or the automated log checking software will ignore the QSO.

Log Forms

Operators are encouraged to submit logs and score sheets using one of the many excellent logging programs found on the Weblinks page. You may also submit your logs and score sheet on paper. If you prefer to log your contacts by hand or just want to see what information to exchange during the contest, refer to the examples. This form is also a very handy backup in case of technical difficulties with the logging computer. All the log forms are available in one archive.

Summary sheet are no longer required, but may be used to assist you in calculating your TQP contest score. You should clearly indicate your category and to which club, if any, your scores should be aggregated for the Texas Club Aggregate Award.
